Hi, my name is Jennifer Darland and I have lived a minimalist lifestyle close to nature for more than a decade. Daily yoga, an art in which I am classically trained and well-practiced, is the core essence that sustains everything else in my life, including my work as a writer and artist.
My lifelong quest is the pursuit of emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, to grow and learn forever as a seeker of perennial wisdom, and faithfully share these timeless jewels in my writing, art, and teaching.
After graduating the Yogaworks 500 - RYT program in 2018 I taught studio classes until I transitioned exclusively to private sessions so that I could ensure every individual a safe practice with correct instruction according to one’s unique being and personal goals.
I am the author of a growing body of work focused on personal transformation and creative awakening. My artwork serves to inspire the artist within each distinct individual to express the beauty and pain of our inimitable souls, and so together we may nurture and heal the collective human spirit.
